System UpgradesDecember 23, 2022: During the Holiday season we will be performing some major upgrades to our voice, messaging and video platforms. The first upgrade will be to our data center servers located in Dallas TX. Because our three data centers operate in a fully geo-redundant environment you should have no issues whatsoever and will not experience any downtime. Your desktop application and mobile smartphone will continue to work as they do now. All in and outbound calls will flow normally on the other two server clusters in Greensboro NC and RTP NC. If you do experience an issue please send and email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of any issues you might experience. Our voice engineers will look at your issue quickly and resolve it within a few minutes.
New Billing PlatformDecember 1, 2022: Monster VoIP is excited to announce that we are moving to a new, more customer-friendly, billing system beginning on January 1, 2023. And, we need your help to make this a smooth transition.
With the new billing system, you may now make your payments through any major credit card, debit card, or ACH securely on the new portal https://billing.monstervoipstg.wpengine.com. To avoid any disruption in your service, it is very important for you to enter your current billing information (major credit card, debit card, or ACH) prior to the December 31, 2022 deadline. For security reasons, we cannot simply move your current information over. Because this is a new system, you are required to enter the information into the new portal.
We still bill service in advance, but there will also be a new monthly billing period, now covering the 1st of the month through the last day of the month. Your new January bill will only show remaining charges unbilled for January, plus any remaining usage unbilled for December. Starting with this January 2023 bill, there will no longer be mid-month billing cycles.
In the next few minutes, you will receive an email from email@example.com with your new account number and a temporary password. Please white-list and look for emails from firstname.lastname@example.org. At first, these emails might show up in your junk mail folder.
